When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on weekdays will be send to the postal office in question within 3 business days.

What are the delivery fees?
The delivery fee is between €3,95-€4,95 depending on the size of the order. All orders above €100 have free shipping. This only applies from orders in the Netherlands.

All orders outside of the Netherlands have different shipping prices depending on the country it's delivered to.

How can I track my order?
After the order has been brought to the postal office (only applies to DHL & PostNL) you'll immediately receive and e-mail which contains a track & trace code with which you can track your order.

Can I have my order delivered at a pick-up point?
You have the option of selecting a pick-up point. This is still not allowed during checkout, but it is possible once you have gotten the email letting you know that your product has left the warehouse.

After that, you can specify in the tracking that you want to pick it up at a location close to you. 

This only applies to orders from the Netherlands.

How do I know if my order is accepted?
When you place an order at 2WICE you'll immediately receive a conformation e-mail. This is indicates that the order has been received and accepted by us. Be sure to check your spam inbox, if you haven't received a conformation e-mail

Unfortunately, it can sometimes be the case that orders have not come through properly. If this is the case make sure to contact us.

Our transactions are carried out by Shopify Payments. 


Can I cancel my order?
It is only possible to cancel your order before it has been shipped. We process orders sometimes on the same day. This means that if you want to cancel your order, it is important to contact us as soon as possible. 

Do you accept international orders?
We do! When checking out you'll be able to see the shipping method to your country.
