When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed on weekdays will be send to the postal office in question within 3 business days.

What are the delivery fees?

The delivery fee is between €3,95-€6,95 depending on the size of the order. All orders above €100 have free shipping. This only applies from orders in the Netherlands.

Shipping cost for orders outside the Netherlands will be calculated at checkout

How can I track my order?

After the order has been brought to the postal office (only applies to DHL & PostNL) you'll immediately receive and e-mail which contains a track & trace code with which you can track your order.

Can I have my order delivered at a pick-up point?

You can select a pickup point with the parcel company; you can select this option in the email you receive from us (Netherlands only)

After that, you can specify in the tracking that you want to pick it up at a location close to you.


How do I know if my order is accepted?

When you place an order at 2WICE you'll immediately receive a conformation e-mail. This is indicates that the order has been received and accepted by us. Be sure to check your spam inbox, if you haven't received a conformation e-mail

Unfortunately, it can sometimes be the case that orders have not come through properly. If this is the case make sure to contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.

Do you accept international orders?

We do! When checking out you'll be able to see the shipping method to your country.

How do I keep my product in the best condition?

Our products have a care label. The information on this label clarifies how best to handle your clothing.

We recommend washing your clothing inside out to keep the t-shirt and print in the best quality. If you have additional questions or you want further advice, please get in touch with us via mail.


What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How can I return my item?

Are there cost attached?

Yes, If you would like to return your order, the buyer is responsible for the costs. We advise to send your return parcel with a track & trace code. It is only possible to return your order if the article is in the same state as received.
